In this two hour workshop, Minerva will guide you through the foundation of Ayurvedic philosophy - the Panchamahabhutas (five great elements), how they combine to create Doshas (our nature) and the importance of these concepts in relationship to your overall health. Minerva will walk you through Ayurveda’s perspective on nutrition through Ahara (food), Rasa (tastes) and how to work with all these concepts to reconnect with your food in ways to support your overall health.
